FULL-TIME, in charge of the liquor portfolio and craft cocktails. Manages, trains, and schedules bar staff.
EXPERIENCE: Years working and managing a wine/cocktail bar. Passionate about alchemy and customer experience. Knowledgeable about varietals in wine, producers, appellations, local distillers and craft brewers is important for this role and the experience we wish to provide our patrons. Establishes rapport thru sharing distillers alchemy, discovering new craft brews, wine tastings, and beyond. A passion for libation a must. (pun intended). This is a position for a craft brew nerd or a seasoned pro. Both have a gift of conversation and ‘shine’ with a full bar or one-to-one. MUST WORK TWO WEEKENDS PER MONTH.
PART-TIME/FULL-TIME.Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine/beer service a must. Goes beyond to create a wonderful GAZTA experience for patrons. Establishes rapport with others. Practices sanitary service, ensures the bar is clean, glasses polished, garnishes and mixes well stocked, and enjoys serving. MUST WORK TWO WEEKENDS PER MONTH
Experienced in fine dining, wine/beer service, and performing narratives tableside. Knowledge of wine and passion for artisan foods – a must as our menu and cheese case changes regularly. Learning the narrative for each cheese and its pairing comes easy for you. It’s what drives you and sharing that experience with patrons is paramount. MUST WORK TWO WEEKENDS PER MONTH.
Passionate about food, wine, and story-telling. Experience is not necessary but passion is. Attention to detail and the desire to provide great service. You enjoy establishing rapport with patrons. You have a collaborative approach to your work and problem solving, practice cleanliness to ensure sanitary methods in food handling are followed. You are not opposed to performing tasks necessary, back of house or front, to ensure the cheese bar runs seamlessly and the customer experience and quality of service surpasses expectations
This position wears many hats: dishwasher, bar back, stocking inventory, and assisting with the cheese case. Our ideal candidate is detailed and can easily transition between tasks.
We are looking for two cooks to help with small plate preparation. Must have good knife skills with a basic knowledge of cooking. Will train the right individual(s).
kitchen manager / lead
Looking for individuals with previous kitchen experience. Able to work in a tight kitchen, and have a creative outlook on food. A lot of ability to creat and grow menus with the seasons. Gazta will be focusing on small plates with big flavors along with "enhancements" paired with cheese
Passionate about food and intrigued by cheese, this is a job where you will learn everything cheese. Cheese knowledge is not necessary as we will train the right individual.
